Wide belt metal sander with wet dust collector:
The ADV 508-R is our classic metal sander for grinding, deburring, No.4, and hairline finishing of final sheet metal and other flat parts.
Wet dust collectors or water filtration systems are available at request
For deburring, sanding, and finishing of flat metal sheets (aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.).
For removing longitudinal burrs from laser-cut, stamping, and water jet-cut workpieces.
Standard available widths are 300mm, 450mm, 630mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1300mm, 1600mm or customized.
The metal sander can be used for wet or dry processes.

Features of ADV 508-R Metal Sander
1. The frame is quenched
2. The whole frame is polished and sprayed and dried to ensure that the paint surface is uniform and scratch-free;
3. The contact roller is made of Korean nitrile rubber roller, which has good oil resistance and corrosion resistance;
4. The pneumatically controlled eccentric contact roller can be raised and lowered independently. When the equipment fails, the contact roller automatically rises to protect the plate from damage;
5. The linear speed of the contact roller is: 3-16m/s variable frequency speed regulation;
6. Feed speed 1-5m/min;
